SHIPPING POLICY

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization. We aim to dispatch all orders as soon as the product is ready and within time shown on the product page. However, a delay of 72 hours is possible from the designer / manufacturer in case of unforeseen circumstances. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.

WHEN DO WE DELIVER

All domestic orders are shipped by delivery company between 6pm – 9pm, Monday to Saturday. It takes maximum of 7 days for national shipping.

SHIPPING IN INDIA

There is not any fixed charges per order for shipments in India. It depends upon catalog weight and mode of payment. This is to maintain the service level and provide your product on time. The shipping charge is non-refundable.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Ethnic Export delivers globally and assures that the best possible courier agencies are used to deliver your product. International Shipping cost depends upon catalog weight.

1- We Use Shipping Services Which Are Near To Our Customers And On Which Our Customers Are Comfortable.

2- We Have Services Of FOR , SINGLES , DTDC, Track On Couriers, French Couriers, Professional Couriers, Anjani Courier And Maruti Couriers And For FULL SETS , We use Blue dart Service.( Estimated Delivery 4-6 Working Days )

3- Blue dart Service is Not Available In Location than Customer Need To Suggest The Courier Company

4- Bulk Orders Of More Than 15 Kg Can also Be send by Transport Cargo Service Depends on Customer Demand

5- Delivery Can Be 2-3 Days delay Depends On Some UnWanted Circumstances.

6- We are not Responsible For Any Lost Of Goods Or Damage Goods Received If It Is Sent By INDAIPOST/SPEEDPOST Service.

7- Once Tracking Id Is Given To You , Its your Responsibility to Track The Item and Inform Your Local Courier Partner To Delivery On Time, ( We will Also Support In Extreme Case If Any Issue Created By Courier Company)

8 – Ethnic Export Is Always With You In All Shipping Issues , But We Need Support From Your End Also To Co-ordinate with Courier Companies.
